1. Verify Your Appointment

Be sure that you have confirmed your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Set a reminder on your phone or calendar so you don’t forget the date or time of your appointment. If you are nervous about coming alone, make plans with a buddy to attend with you for moral support.

A good night’s sleep the day before your appointment will be beneficial in many ways. Sufficient rest will help ease your nerves, allow you to relax, and keep your mind feeling fresh and alert.
